What you can expect at the workshop:
The approximately 3-hour event is designed to encourage you to use Lego Serious Play as a method yourself. It will be hands-on & interactive. The workshop will be led by Lukas Stadelmann. He has been trained by the developer of the method and has years of experience in the application of user-centered development processes.
In the workshop we start simple and increase the challenges together as we go along. The goal is an introduction to the basic techniques of Lego Serious Play. In addition, the reflection of the experience takes an important part. We clarify open questions, embed the methods in a theoretical context and give an outlook on how the newly acquired knowledge can be transferred into one's own everyday work. Snacks & drinks will be provided.
