In our workshops, we promote and demand creative collaboration and the honest exchange of all participants. We adapt your workshop precisely to your goals and relevant questions and develop ideas and results in an inspired and playful way. We provide the special Lego® Serious Play® kits so you can start creating immediately and with grand variety.
This training is an introduction to Lego® Serious Play® combined scientific background and a guidance on how apply Lego® Serious Play® for meetings. You will do a series of exercises to have a basic understanding of how the method works and how to use it for your team

Come up with fresh ideas for products, services or your organizational challenges. In the morning we will host a creative sessions to come up with a lot of ideas. Then we rapid prototype them using the Lego® Serious Play® sets. To wrap the session you will analyze and plan the validation of your best ideas

Idea & Prototyping
Workshop (8h)
In this very popular format, we will start applying the method tomorrow morning. Your team will work on 2 - 3 relevant challenges. We will lead the sessions and present the scientific background of the method. In the afternoon your team will learn how to apply and moderate themselves with Lego® Serious Play®. We will give tips, instructions and examples of how you can skilfully apply Lego® Serious Play® yourself in sessions and workshops.
