About me
I believe in the transformative power of creativity and participatory collaboration. My approach brings people together, makes ideas tangible, and lays the foundation for deep change as well as positive, creative, and constructive development.
Rethink was founded to help organizations, teams, and leaders unlock their creative potential and enable sustainable, improved collaboration. At the heart of my work is the LEGO® Serious Play® method, combined with proven innovation approaches and extensive facilitation experience.
I am Lukas Stadelmann, a certified LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator and expert in innovation, collaboration, and leadership. I studied violin and economics at the University of Zurich and further expanded my expertise through advanced studies at the Hasso Plattner Institute’s d.school of Design Thinking.
I believe in the power of clarity, creativity, and collaboration to overcome challenges and unlock new opportunities. Through thoughtful questions, inspiring approaches, and a strong sense for group dynamics, I support teams and leaders in performing at their best and achieving sustainable success together.
Alongside my practical work, I teach at renowned institutions such as ETH Zurich, the University of St. Gallen, and the Zurich University of the Arts. There, I share my knowledge on innovation, co-creative processes, and leadership. My workshops are known for their strong practical relevance, inspiring atmosphere, and measurable impact.
